Take a look at HTTrack -- http://www.httrack.com/ . It will copy an entire
website (yours or any other) to your hard drive. It's free, and very easy to
use.
It will not compress it, send it to you by e-mail, or compliment you on its
lovely design and impressive content. Hey, you can't have everything. (g)

rsync
I use it, works like a charm and does incremental updates.
You can also use it to mirror sites.
It's Open Source and a UNIX application, but my understanding is that
there is a windows based variant as well (in case you need that).
