Author I have a question on rss feeds

I have searched around and I'm long for a program to gather rss feeds
and show the news on my site. However, I don't want a link back to the
original site like if someone wants to read more of the feed I want
them to stay on my site. Is that possible? If so, does anyone know of
a good program?

Then whats the use behind sites offering an RSS feed? The main part is
getting interested members to click the read more link and visit the feeds
site...
