I was referred to Templates.com last month by a friend. I have spent
the last month trying to recover from the experience. I went to their
website, identified the template I wanted to use and used my card via
PayPal to pay for it. Days went by and I never heard from the website
regarding how I should get my template. I emailed them many times and
tried to call them too. Their phone goes straight to voicemail and
they never returned a single phone call.

I went to their website and found that they had me as "Pending
Approval" before sending me the info I needed. Even though they had
charged my card already and it had processed. Since I couldnt get ANY
RESPONSE AT ALL from the company, I went through PayPal Resolution
Center and they found in my favor. They refunded my money quickly and
I am glad to be done with the whole thing.

Please save your self a bunch of trouble and DONT USE TEMPLATES.COM!!!!

I couldn't even raise the site in my browser -- doesn't seem to exist.
Save yourself some trouble and use a standards compliant
template for free:
