1. The home page to your "site" contains 10 adsense links vs. 3 links to
your "content". Driving traffic towards ads is still spam.
2. It has XXXXall to do with the topic of the newsgroup

Apparently so, my website is gone. Thanks! Now my regular visitors
will not know where to find the website. Did you happen to scroll to
the bottom of the homepage? Under the Featured listings was the link
"View All Listings". The website was a place where people downloaded
free ebooks about eBay, marketing, online income, web design, and more.
Now there goes all the effort I put into uploading all of those files
to give away to my visitors.

You're like the guy who cuts someone off in traffic and then when they
honk at you, you flip them the bird.
YOU spammed, not me.
YOU violated your host's Terms of Service, not me.
Hopefully you'll be able to grow from this experience, and gain an
understanding that spam sucks and that people don't like it.

You really should read the F.A.Q for this NG, it has specific
guidelines about what is spam and what isn't.
