These guy's are not bad but I have a funny story.
I ordered ssl over 24hrs ago. a few hours after buying the ssl they gave me
an ip that diddn't work so, i email them and told them the IP wasn't
working.

I got an email 6 hrs later that states the site is up and hostgator had
visited it and the ssl and the site were running fine.
Great I though so, I tried to access the site still nothing, it seems they
went to the site I'm trying to transfer which is still live wtf??????????
Anyway I let them know and I recieved an email that they would look into it,
24 hrs later I get an email that reads:

I am able to see your site and see the ssl working what issue are you
having?
----------

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

XXXXX
Hostgator Support.

Guess what, the ip is still not live.
I have to make this site live in 2 days what a nightmare.
This was really funny to me and I just wanted to share it.

Hmmm. the fact they can access the site (twice) is quite interesting.
How are you trying to access it? What's the domain?
