Author Warning Re: Registrar Jump Domain + Advice Needed

I'd been using the registrar http://www.jumpdomain.com for some of my
domains since 2002 with no problems, and on July 31 I renewed two
domain names, thinking the renewal would go through smoothly as usual.

On August 15, however, I received a notice saying that the domain names
were still about to expire on August 25. I logged into my account and
saw that the renewals were still listed as "pending," so I sent in a
support ticket to Jump Domain.

When they failed to reply to the support ticket after two days, I got
concerned, so I googled Jump Domain and found out the following
disturbing info. about them:
http://www.webhostingstuff.com/comm...Domain-909.html

I am now worried that the domains will be allowed to expire/given to a
cyber squatter. What recourse do I have in this situation? I've
already sent them a certified letter (they have no phone number listed
on their site, their own WHOIS info. is private, and you have to do a
WHOIS looked on a domain that they're listed as the technical contact
for to get their fax number).

Thanks,

Adam
