I came across this website http://www.africamasterweb.com/ and on its
front page it has an invitation to go a-spamming. What, if anything,
can be done about this?

well, as I say, th ereason I was asking is because the front page
offers a link to a mass e-mail service which seems to me to be
custombuilt for spammers. I jus wondered if there's anything the
internet community as a whol ecan do about it.
