Safari blank page, then hit 'refresh' everything OK

I have a page posted at www.cdotspace.com/index.html that load blanks
in Safari. If I select "reload page" everything is fine (If the browser
has Flash 8 it redirects to the Flash, otherwise it shows the HTML)

If I go directly to www.cdotspace.com/contact.html then select the
"About cdotspace" (which links to index) it's again, blank until I hit
reload.

I get no javaScript errors (I enabled Safari Debug menu)
I get no HTML validation errors (Homesite validation)

Windows, IE, Firefox,Opera work fine. mac Safari - broken.

Can anyone offer any ideas? Your help is greatly appreciated

Homesite's validator is perhaps a syntax checker, but it is not a
validator in the picky sense of the word. The W3C validator finds a
dozen problems with this page:

FYI, with Safari 1.x, the page remains blank even after I hit refresh.
