Very unlikely you will get satisfaction.
Scripts are notorious resource hogs, and very few shared services will
allow any but the simplest scripts.
A dedicated server will allow you all the flexibility you want, but at
$100 US a month may be too much for you.

Of course nothing is really free, but its close.
