I've got to say I don't really like it, a bit dull (Although I'm no designer
myself - what do I know???). I Particualy dont like the links in the main
menu, the menu items seem too far apart, maybe a styled list would be
better? Also your using the same styling for the links in the body text, and
the background obscures some of the text (contact us on the website design
page)
Also I think that as your having a left hand margin you should have have a
coresponding right hand margin.
On the "Website Design" page the text only covers about half the page yet
the header fills the rest (1024x768 window).
The main body text doest leap out atcha, maybe not so good for an accessable
site.
Maybe a portfolio of completed works?
Thats it! I hope your orginisation does well - its a noble cause!
