Reminds me of a local council official who attended a residents
meeting and sternly warned them that:

"any children caught dropping sweet wrappers in the street would be
spot fined £50"

None of the residents were very impressed with him either.

Why has this website been "reported"? I've just been there, bit slow
for me but why reported? Should I be scanning my system for maleware,
spyware etc?

i'm not sure why my post has been reported too, maybe the group marster
doesn't like me advertising or something, but i can insure you that there
is no maleware or spyware on my site.
