It is just me or do these offer from Dotser look ridiculously cheap?

The 'premium' package is $25 a month and features 50GB storage with
2000GB (2TB) bandwidth.No mention whether it's on a shared or dedicated
server or what the processor speed is which makes me kind of sceptical.

Most other plans I've seen tend to cost 4 times as much as this, so
what's the catch? What do you reckon?
