We're having a problem with one of our sites we just launched. The
English version looks fine: www.vydydne.com but the Chinese version
http://www.vydyne.cn/zh-CN/Home.aspx
has a broken line in the header and the sub pages obviously have tables
that are not lining up.

Here's the other problem: some people can see this problem others can
not. It appears that there is a higher frequency of people with Norton
Internet Security viewing the problem. If you go to each site and
compare the headers on the home page and inner pages and don't see
anything different I'm guessing you don't have Norton.

But why would Norton cause this and how can we correct it?

We're at a lost as how to correct this. When we view the code side by
side the only difference we see is in the bread crumbs. But why and
how would that cause it?
