If they've got a clean original of this (from the sign painter?), maybe
you could use it for the site (assuming it doesn't exceed your reserve
of time and interest in the project). It makes the most sense, since
that's what they want folks to look for when they visit the properties.

A scan of an image from their real estate agent's card. I'll have to
check with them and see if they own that logo.

The text from the stone sign is what I'm using for the logo currently.
I tried to use the barn but I couldn't make it work from the pics I have.

I imagine they can get one, I'll add it to the list of "enhancements"
I'm building for them from answers to the OP.
