Author How NOT to run an ecommerce web site

I visited the following web site because I wanted to purchase their
products. However, I was prevented from doing so by their appalling
web site.

How many mistakes, omissions and general failures can *you* find!

A classic example of what *NOT* to do when one wishes to sell online.
