I want to set up blogging / forums application on my website and I've been
considering Community Server or Wordpress. Which is the best or easiest to
implement? I have a Unix server right now so if I decide to go with
Community server then I have to change over to Windows server which I don't
want to do if Wordpress is going to do the job adequately.

WordPress takes 5 minutes or less to install, runs on Windows and Unix.
I would check (again) which program matches as close your requirements as
possible (I have no experience with Community Server).
