What's everyone's favorite PHP CMS and Why?

I am looking for a CMS that would fit best for a University.

Mine should be Joomla :)

I love it since it was Just Mambo. Now Joomla is more advanced :)

You might want to look at phpwebsite at http://phpwebsite.appstate.edu/

Do you have a provider, and if so, what cms programs are offered?
