Currentely my website rank is 3 out of 10.

| Make reciprocal link deals with similar websites. Google updates page rank
well, not very often. but build up a network of return links. Also link
back to higher PR pages and only look for link to your site from pages with
good rank. don't link to any PR zeros or broken links.
Make sure there is a link to you home or index page on every one of your
pages.
Posting your URL in "On Topic" discussions in use groups can also be helpful

The three most important pieces in getting a good ranking are content, content
and content.
Your entry page doesn't have any real content. It looks pretty - but why should
I want to go any further? Unless I was looking for your company in particular,
I probably would just move on to someone else's site.
Get some real content here. It's the most important page on your site. You
have about ten seconds to get someone's attention - use it well.
Google has changed its algorithm again, and links aren't very important any
more. A few links from high ranked sites in the same field would be OK. But
links from unrelated (according to Google's analysis) sites can hurt you.

Which is why you won't find it listed in any search engine :P

pitfall corollary that nothing is ridiculous.
