Is there a host that would allow storage of 30 sec each music samples files?
Main website that sells CDs will have multiplied links to those files.
Bandwith needed min. 2 Gig monthly.

Yes.

In fact, nearly any host with a 2Gig package will do.

No one really restricts hosting of music files so long as you are
hosting on behalf of the copyright owner.
