Another bad example for the economy. I have seen so many posts from
those that want to start their own webdesign business and those that
are trying to start one. Then there are those that want to work as a
webdesigner for a company but are having a hard time trying to find a
job. What was posted above is just another example of why so many
people are feeling frustrated.

Every once in a while though you will read or hear or know someone who
is managing to make an income from their webdesign business. I just
posted an entry to my blog about a web design company that managed to
get a grant to design a webpage. This is off topic but I can tie it in
for this post in that I belong to an astrology mailing list and someone
asked about the chances of them being able to earn a living as an
astrologer. Someone from the list said don't do it. "You'll just be
disappointed if you do". I didn't agree with their answer so what I
did was find someone online who was earning a living as an astrologer
and I told her about the advice that was given. And basically what she
said was that the only reason why she makes a living at what she does
is because she has to!
So where there is a will there is a way!

Um - what, exactly, was posted "above"? You didn't include anything in your
post...
