hosting without a domain

| Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations on hosting without having a
domain name. Basically, what i want is hosting just like my ISP offers
(www.dslextreme.com/~tony23) but that also has .NET, PHP, and MySQL
capabilities. I don't mind paying a reasonable amont, but not more than
$5/month, given that I can get domain hosting for that. It's just that I
don't want to register a domain for this particular set of demos.
Thanks for any tips...

Go to webhostingtalk.com
Search the offers forums for Windows hosting to meet your .NET needs.
PHP, MySqueal and MSSqueal will usually be included.
You may have to inquire about them allowing shared without the domain name.
Some Win systems, Plesk (ugh) for one, can make this a difficult process,
but can be done.
Check for Helm offers.

probably makes sense to use a subdomain of an existing domain for this.
