I have a newsletter with about 5800 subscribers. My ISP has annoying limits
as does my web host. I am looking for either 1) a respectable smtp provider
(i.e. pay a monthly fee for access to an smtp server that allows me to send
my newsletter) or 2) a software package with built-in smtp server.
