Do a Google search for SEO and you get presented with a graph of the
NYSE, now click the disclaimer link and read the terms and conditions
which include this gem:

"You agree not to copy, modify, reformat, download, store, reproduce,
reprocess or redistribute any data or information found herein"

Bearing in mind this refers to online information accessed by a web
browser, one might find it impossible to access without downloading
and storing!!!!

Oh brother! <sigh>

I have, of course, reported you to the NYSE for violating their Terms and
Conditions. You'll be hearing from their lawyers.

Heck, you're right. By browsing the sight I violated the ToS.
Thankfully, under UK law so long as one immediately tunes away and
destroys any recordings and doesn't repeat the information gleened to
any third party one is in the clear (this goes back to the days of
accidentally hearing police radios on the wireless).

Most disclaimers, warning signs, ToS are worthless. Lawyers will tell you
that such things cannot change what someone is or isnt reponsible for, or
can and cant do to you. They can help in a case when its heard, but they
cant change reality.
