Google: Real crimes against humanity or megalomaniacal piracy?
Nobody understands clearly.

15 million books robbed from public libraries, As with music, books
have copyright. Mass criminal piracy or international crimes against
humanity?

Before accusing Google of crimes against humanity, let me accuse Google

of running an illegal and criminal piracy scheme first. The scheme,
which can be described as ignoring proper business processes of
establishing business partners. Copyrighted materials are based on
proper business bounds and agreements. We all know that Napster was not

based on following business regultions and the product infringed on
copyright basically. The scheme, which takes public materials such as
usenet or books in libraries, and sponsors it with paid sponor links. A

simple scheme. Or is it? A simple dirty scheme. Turning books and
people online into Formula One cars with stickers, turning usenet into
a formula one stadium, turning public libraries into formula one
stadiums, books and peoples messages into running formula one cars.
Really. But they do it so it wouldn't be obvious, lacking the colorful
stickers from our cars, just little colorless links. Unlike me here
today, they are very careful, not to bring obviosity or a lot of
attention to their most profiting formula one stadium sponsor business.

FAIRYTALES AND A LATE HUMAN RIGHTS ADVENTURE PERHAPS

In the 90's when a national park in Colorado Springs was taken from the

public and government and privatized, countles protesters were standing

with signs: Democracy is dead. The protesters lost, and the private
venture as mob-federalist capitalism moved on, the owners of the
project: family membrs of the Ketchup Hunt family even cut down a
thousnd year old tree at night, and the contruction to build a
metropolist visitor center to the national park went ahead. These
protesters are gone, and I am like one, appearing at a time when all
the books from libraries are taken, and pointing out the unstoppable
federalist mob, the death of democracy in the USA, and around the
world, a the books taken from libraries are international. The
historical significance of Google's acts against Democracy are
unprecedented. Privatizing in this case on National Treasures and
public properties worldwide is the greatest federalist mob crime againt

Democracy in the world.

TWO PERSONAL SIDES ABOUT MY GOOGLE "STANCE" NOT RESEARCH

Ever since I brought up this topic, my private life was demolished
online by a self-proclaimed paparazzi guy. For the record, I protest,
because this is very important. Google is not just a company. And the
topic, due to its complexity, takes a human stance. Human stance. Sure,

nobody here cares that Google is a webmaster and ads manager, but what
they do for the money affects millions of people and their lives and
their privacy and dignity worldwide, in a very negative sense. Humanity

is taken advantage of because the Internet is not undertood.

INTERNET AND HISTORIES

Histories don't mention moments of privatized national parks.

They mentions wars against Iraq, but the endless little moments which
to me are the greatest moment to wittness little murders of Democracy -

Democracy had its peak in the 19-th century, and capitalim and fascim
and communism wiped it out, though respected in Europe mostly after the

fall of certain regimes - remains respected by the educated and the
educated only. We are not perfect. Money and God is considered more
perfect for most. Ahm, Democracy. I enjoy more the social democratic
side, you know, keep beauty and nature and let people run around
freely. The USA feels like the least free country in the world. Though
claimed the oldest Free Democracy, its Federalist mobs make it the
least comforting environment, it Hitler snobbism and being the most
religious country in the world, and the least effective in terms of
education, the civilized stance of the Iraqi citizens - not counting
Saddam Husein - people know better. The problem can be easily narrowed
down to the rich not knowing what to do, and turn to black and white
mob federalism for some reason. An American syndrome, just brainless
acts of mobbing, and not pursuing legitimate business. Though they
believe sincerely that their acts are legitimate, basic education
disagrees. You don't need to be communist or religious or anything to
recognize that because one is so rich he shouldn't act like a public
sugardaddy and focus on offering free books as sugar to the masses.
Clearly untalented people, as in days of slavery, what mattered is the
happy tobacco users, but not the ones who did the work, the slaves, in
this case writers. As always, the greatest enemy of Republicans:
educated people. I myself have a summa cum laude and I am a computer
scientist, not just an engineer.

Again Google's scheme is simple:

corporate success, and nothing else is perceived in their little brains

MOB FEDERALISM

Why do I speak of crimes againty? How can I use that expression in
regards to a webmaster fcompany called Google?

We have seen Star Trek Next Generation episodes that the Starship
Enterprize should not interfere with less developed cultures. This has
direct reasons. That world belongs to them - and as seen in the end of
the classic literature based Tom Cruise film War of the Worlds - people

earned their rights in their civilization to live in the world they
live in, so interfering with les developed cultures is simply
inappropriate. Its not your mother, its not your father, its your
country... etc. I am speaking of alien invasion, which doesn't consider

much about the more primitive culture, and look at history, they
colonize the land rob it, kill the locals, move in, if its in Buh's
interest to colonize a land - he is colonizing the arab world with so
called spreading civiliztion and democracy, of course insulting the
locals deerly with his white facelessness, imperialim and crusade -
then Bush does what he wishes, and who suffers in the west side? The
educated of course. Its plain wrong, not democratic - and we know Bush
didn't care much about Democratic negotiations as he only sees his
people and the third world. So anyway, educated advices would do little

effect as we learned historically, and I am ku klux klanned on the net,

all over for speaking. (As coming from a second world country I
wouldn't sell out for the green card and don't need to keep it shut in
America).

RANDOM THOUGHTS ON GOOGLESCU, POWER MOBS AND POWER FEDERALISTS

into a marketplace. The key here is the meaning of national treasures,
and in this case something even greater: world treasures are turned
into formula one territory. The sugardaddy gives the ice cream for free

in exchange of sponsor-funds. The free stuff is public materials,
libraries (usenet and books from around the world). The idea of online
libraries is not illegal and imposible. People could elect such
organizations. The idea of taking books from libraries, scanning them,
and putting them online with sponsor-links is crimes againt humanity.
Keep solicitors out of libraries, something everyone would deeply agree

with. Some things are not for sale, but others see only themselves and
the third world. Sure they have the right to be superiorists, but the
questions I am wondering is simply how true their stances are. The
world is little to defend themselves against invasions, be it real
aliens, or be it republicans. Republicans are power freaks, they
accumulated 100 times the military power of the rest of the world
combines, and they act as if the world would be as dangerous toward
them as their military powers 'hold against' or I don't know how to say

that it really represents what the Republicans believe about the world,

and that's how it is really.

THE ONE AND ONLY LESSON OF THE IRAQ WAR

That power is really in the wrong hand, and everything about that
claim.
Just as American national parks are in private hands, just as
Google's move to privatize all aspects of public properties, the
megalomaniacal federalism mob is more active than ever to complete
their mob federalist missions. These are people who whish to be a
powerful as governments, not understanding the basic claim of
Democracy: a government belongs to the people. And with their
privatized national park or public library projects, they feel equal
with their powers with the people. A corrupt balance. Bush acting equal

with his power, hundred times overwhelming the rest of the world
combined, the intelligent around the world pukes from his regimic
behaviors. The USA has a powerful ideal, one which simply turned
against
its democracy and became mob federalist.

A STORY OF MY LIFE

I wasn't prepared for my by final examn. I was praying for a D. A
friend, who joined a sect and his Church was remodeled, so he came to
our apartment with his sect members, and spoke loudly in toung with
them, told me when I mentioned that I am begging for a D:

"Why not go for it all. Ask God for an A. We will pray for you."

While I was at the final verbal examn, followed by the defence of my
thesis, and right after the final grades were announced, when I came
forward, they announced that though my grades weren't the best, the
school is making an exception, and honoring me with an honorary summa
cum laude a they were so impressed with my performance and thesis that
day.

I couldn't belive the surprize. I went home, and the sect, conisting of

my friend and a group of arabs in my apartment praying during my examn,

speaking loudly in toungs heard in the street far away, I came home and

told them what happened.

MORE ABOUT ME, AFTER THE FINAL EXAMN

In the evening after the final examn my class got together in a
restaurant. People were saying: "I can't believe this guy got a summa
cum laude. He didn't even come to clases." I was most of the school
year
in another country, that's why I was worried just to get a D. I was a
waiter 1400 miles away from my school in Hungary in Sweden. You know,
that's life. I was having fun, while everybody else was in class, and
I sat there with a Summa Cum Laude at the dinner, and everybody knew
what was going on, that I am some cheater teacher kiss-XXX and stuff,
but I was as surprized as my classmates.

ANYWAY, THE POINT OF THE STORY

I ask all arabs to pray, speak out in toungs, and I will stop the USA-s

mob federalism once and for all, without even showing up for the life
school.
I wish to succeed with a D grade, but you may pray for me
getting my wish at full capacities, merely with love.

pass, with minimum success to end mob federalism in the USA with love.

Mob federalism is mobs pirating public and government treasures:
national parks, government seats, national libraries around the world,
national treasures need to be protected around the world from pirates
at federal scales, officially "mob federalists", or fascists who
believe in zero governments, act in nationalistic unity and as
Ceaucescu live in the governmnt and mas public arenas as Ceaucescu and
his family did, rich, but very corrupt.

I wasn't in class most of the year, and I am sorry as I I did not
provide an explanation to how exactly one would stop Mob Federalism
with love. I brought up three examples of mob federalism, its not much
of a thesis, I know, but I am hoping to get a D and go home. Never
mind, just ignore me, I don't want to waste your time.

FINAL EXAMN (VERBAL)

A: They think that their corruption can be covered up with competition.

SO THAT'S HOW I GOT MY SUMMA CUM LAUDE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE

Based on a real story, it was a surprize to me and espeially to my envy

class. All the people in my class were really angry, understandably. I
just walked in and like that after months of being away from class, and

got a better final... the best. They worked so hard, and I was the only

one from the year not only with a Summa Cum Laude, but with an A.
Nobody from the year graduated with A. So it was weird. I wrote up a
150 page thesi while most wrote over 500 pages. But you get the idea.

I remember the good old seminar days, where the KKK used to come and
attend, and in the good old fashion us and all else the third world,
they made trouble
when foreigners were giving lectures. At one occasion,
they all dressed up in black, and with wires in their ears they rushed
into
a seminar with a foreign lecturer and sent everybody home, including
the
lecturer to his country. I just felt like sharing that 90's event.

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF A SECOND WORLD PERSON?

Does he bother you because he wouldn't sell out for a greencard and
messes with the Republican notion, that everybody is either "us or

world", do I bother you? Does my intellect bother you? American
universities didn't acept my summa cum laude. I understand that you
have your system, and you have your own ways of accepting or not

other standards, you have your own standards, and Americans need that
racist comfort zone, a zone so big as the USA, and there is definitely

I mean you are not going to run into a woman from a factory in Rusia

Sure there are private interests, but can mob federalist go as far as
owning government seat themselves. Can a Texaco executive sit in a high

government position? Sure, Swarzenegger can become president or
anybody, but its not true. They may have political interests, but the
statement: everybody has a price simply cannot be true in a Democracy.
How can one make mob federalism go away? There are many corrupt
billionaires, that's probably part of life, and what would be the
solution to eliminate the radicalist mob federalists from the
government? You know, Iraq had a corrupt government, a small minority
Muslims group ruled over the other denominations and populations, with
Saddam, a unique leader without the ties to Sunny Iraqi muslims. nd I
am not trying to be a semitist, by pointing out that a small group of
very rich mobs dominate the US government. Their presence simply
corrupts the constitution and its firt Democratic claim that the
government belong to the people. If small group of extremits dominate
the government for their private interests, than the government doesn't

belong to the people. As unconstitutional, they are corrupt and
illegal. So what can be done? Whatever people want.

MOVING TO THE SECOND AND THIRD STATEMENTS

Is there a solution to mob federalism? The second statement was about
the privatization of the beautiful American national parks. Democratic
protesters are now gone, they stood there with signs climing: Democracy

is dead. So what can be done when the protesters are long gone?
Whatever the people want.

Moving to statement three, Google's mob-federalist control of public
resources...

Something can be done regarding this isue even though the large number
of people who raised their voices in public in 1995 when DejaNews began

commercial soliciting of public usenet, A simple complaint to the ftc
can stop google from illegal public resource mass piracies and
infringement of copyright and you know, their Ceaucescuian invasion of
intimate public territories, their scheme to build their products on
large public libraries, for usenet and book libraries. The FTC is happy

to hear such complaints. www.ftc.gov.

Other thn that, XXXX your mob-federalist government, your standards,
and your national parks. Next time I'll go to the Taco Bell and Hunt

government with black cars, and taken to the USA for investigation,

I am not lieing that agents tried to take my friend. He was rescued by
Hungarian police, who understand that US government has no jurisdiction

to take people with black cars. They need to follow proper court
procedures, something Bush will never understand.

about american business mistreatment and responds to complaints if they

come by the hundreds. Americans can complain
to FTC about foreign company mistreatments, and foreigners cn complain
about an American
company. Also Americans can complain to the ftc (www.ftc.gov) about
American companies,
but foreigners cannot use it to complain about foreign companies.

Google mistreats people, and deserves a complaint, because it cannot
run a private venture
on public usenet. Usenet is open and free, and sponsoring messages of
intimate content
is Orwellian and illegal on the streets of the net. People are people,
and their conduct
volates human rights. Because of the complexity and lack of public
understanding of
the Internet, people do not complain, however intelligent people
worldwide spoke up

that usenet was a library stored in Universities. Google purchased Deja

Recently Google pulled the molestation of the public scheme again, by

from University libraries, and sponsoring them online with links to

As music, books have copyright, and google acts like underground

COLORADO AND TEXAS

They are a special place in today's history. In the early 1930's the
KKK
was running the whole state of Colorado, the Republican party and all
Sheriff and political offices except only for Colorado Springs. The

or, the mob did not disappear after molesting Italians a lot, because
they weren't Christian enough, they made their on wine, drank their
own wine, and did not show respect. In the 90's, the KKK in Colorado
still rampaged public foreign speakers at Universities and told them
that they are foreigners and cannot speak in Colorado in public, and
if they don't like it, go.

I did say I feel I am second world, and not third world, I wouldn't

for a green card, so I don't feel the need to stay shut as a boy.

My city of 80 thousand residents in Colorado still has the "Pride of
Colorado" logo, not considering that the population of this town is
white (97 percent).

Texas is even worse, a place where a black man walks into a country
bar, and the sight of the rednecks turns him quickly around and exit.
In Texas people can still cary guns like cowboy openly, and they do it.

Very scary, and not very smart, overall. Gays just recently wiped
out law that they cannot have sex in their homes.

Colorado is horrible. They had satellite dish bans because they

overruled
these bans because they cannot stop people from watching satellite.
So Colorado is this extreme grass and repaint house every year, and
total dictatorship (only North Korea and Iraq had satellite dish bans).

the first anti-Bush protests in the USA were not in the news, simply
because the USA is somewhere a regime, and elsewhere everybody
was terrorized to speak against the USA. Like the communist regime
that took over moscow one last time and announced that Gorbachev fell
ill,
the Republican newspaper said: the american public is not interested
in such news.

public rushed to the stores and emptied them upon the first
orange terror alert, and people bought tapes and sealed their homes,
and gas masks for the family, like in Israel. The government sat, in
silence, in gas masks, not speaking up, waiting the countdown of the
10 days, and the launch of the second gulf war. And then talking

slowly, Democrats were removing their gas masks, as they stopped
breething together in the government like Darth Vaders.

The police removed any anti-bush stickers themselves or forcing
people to remove anything anti-Bush for a long time, before political
atmospheres began easing.
