| How can Google be stopped from pirating usenet and 15 million
copyrighted books scanned from University libraries? In both cases
their scheme seem to target University libraries, and build a formula
one stadium out of thoe libraries. The only way to top Google is to
write to the ftc (www.ftc.gov)

| Google don't build formula one stadiums out of public properties such
as usenet
and public libraries. Neirther people or book authors are formula one
cars with stickers.

| The reason for the netiquette to keep off solicitor is because this is
an open and free public territory, like people's homes. This, and books
is a place of intimate interests. This is not sponsor territory. This
is
an intimate region, where people come with intimate interests.
Archiving
it commercially is like sticking formula one stickers on people's backs
without paying them. That's what pirates do. They take public
treasures.
They owe us a lot of money, for every post a hundred dollars.

The FTC responds to just a few hundred US and international complaints.

| Usenet is not theirs to run. They cannot force anybody to turn to them
to request removal of copyrighted materials. As music, books have
copyrights.
Libraries are commercial free. Get a brain. Usenet is a strictly public
library originally managed by universities. Look, glossy ones. Humanity
exists. Swim away, but I await your contact. I grew up near Romania,
and as a teen watched the fall of Ceaucescu. I know what I am talking
about.
