Basic claim:

Description of mob federalism: Ceaucescu's mobbing of the Romanian

Now extract control of public, and see what the netiuette does with
its moral codes, applied to what? Asking questions in a public global
messaging sytem.

What do you see? The netiquette promotes hangouts. Net hangouts, and
asks people to adjust to the people already subcried. What don't you
see?
Why couldn't an outsider come and simply post an on topic message?
Well, he is advised to read the 200 page netiquette first, then spend
time
studying the current culture, and post only after. Why not just post a
question?
Europeans could never understand why not just be open, this is a place
dedicated to a subject, and people may reply. No, We must respect
this place as a gang place as its subcription based. The concept
of subcribing to usenet groups is very weird. Well, there was certain
thinking when usenet started out decades ago as a messaging system.
You need to remember that in the beginning it was a big thing to reach
out to people in other countries. It was a very special connection, and
usenet forums were taken very seriously. You could met a very special
foreigner, some in enemy countries, and use the smiley face during
communication, :-) or oh no :-( :-( :-(,

Well technologies changes and there are terms such as globalization.
In these days of the Internet, any american on the internet can tell a
foreigner to XXXX off! Face to face, but hey, the world is shrinking
rapidly.
They can be arrogant to death, and I can expose my summa cum laude to
strangers and dmit to not selling out for a greencard.

But I also think that being second world and not first world, I don't
have to
keep it shut, not about the KKK sending foreign lecturers out from
University
seminars, not about anything else. Why should I?

Republican molesttion, a one, living in a 97 percnt white city, a city
official, 80 thousand residents, with an owner and nice white corporate

logo: The City of Highlands Ranch, "The Pride of Colorado".
Middleclass.
The whitest city, and the proudest and Coloradoiest, neighboring a
black
city called Aurora, another city without a white christian corporate
logo
like ours, ours is the white one.

Happy ganging and netiquette bribing and so on.
