Hi, I need a dedicated server with windows 2003 server standard edition
that I can run program in. Anyone knows where to get it?

How long for? Have you considered buying/leasing what you need?

Cheapest? no, reliable: yes, powerful: yes. For cheapest I'd be
inclined to look for hosts in the far east I guess.
