CMRS for Webmasters?

| Hey,
I was wondering what all of you use to track client web site service
requests. I've toyed around with developing my own, but am always too
busy to get it off the ground.
Most of the software I've found seems geared (and priced) toward large
companies, but I'm just one guy with about 50 active clients at any
given time, and would prefer something specifically tailored toward web
development.
Ideally, it would allow me to track service requests and schedule
recurring tasks (and in my dreams it integrates with QuickBooks).
Any suggestions? Favorites?
Thanks.

The usual suspects:
http://www.kayako.com/
http://www.perldesk.com/
PerlBill is good, but I like Kayako a little bit better.
..

I don't know if this one has been mentioned yet, because I didn't
follow the whole thread, but http://www.cerberusweb.com/index.php
seems to be quite powerful. I don't like the interface though, it's a
bit cluttered somehow. Good news is that they have also a free
version. Never used it myself, so I say anything about the qualities.
