Hi,
I have to build a Web based VRML visualization tool. Can anyone please
suggest me on how I should go about it.

I am really worried about the rendering of the VRML files on the
browser.

If you want to view/play VRML files in the webbrowser (and not in a seperate
viewer), you need to install a browser plugin.
There are various VRML plugins, some only work with all features in a
specific web browser configuration.

The VRML Plugin and Browser Detector site include a list of plugins for
different operation systems.
