Hello,
I'm now looking for some help about that how can I transport a
VRML project on windows to a Symbian platform cell phone. Dose the VRML
was surpported by the platform, or I need some plug-in. look forward to
your advice.

I doubt that.
However, check xj3d.org mobile stuff.
