The problem is caused by Windows security update KB912812. Other than
uninstalling that update (not recommended), Cosmo Player will not run
in a fully patched Windows computer in Internet Explorer. There is no
workaround that I know of. Cosmo Player does run in other web browsers
such as Firefox, Opera, and Netscape. For more information see
