how to bind a object to all the viewpoints ??!!

| I didn't found any event generated when the viewpoints changed by the
user in the IE, if I want an object being visible and looks the same
all the times(however the viewpoints changed), how could I do it?
Is there any method to bind a object to all the viewpoint so that even
though viewpoint changed the object will look like the same as in the
former viewpoint.
I would greatly appreciate useful replies !

By using a ProxmitySensor to trace camera movement in a cubic room, see
