First of all I'm a newbie.

I'm having a problem using Anchor to open a new webpage in a new
browser window. I've tried setting

parameter "target=_blank"

and

parameter "new"

but neither work. Opening the webpage in the same window works fine.

I'm using Cortona and IE 6 on a Windows machine.

That should work, unless you have a popup blocker running or WinXP SP2?
