| I have found some information about a project based on VRML and opengl
(http://www.opentribe.org/Projects.html) and on the same web site,
some opengl implementation for pocketpc.
do you know if there VRML library works on pocketpc?

No, iDream works only on Windows/MacOSX/Linux
