Hi,

I have an already rotated object in my vrml scene. How to calculate
its movement in x-, y- and z- axis (of the scene) if it is moved
according to its local coordinate system?

I have no idea where I can find the formula. Can you help me?

best regards

Lucia

Depending on what browser you are using there are different ways,
ofcourse you could query each transform that the object is in and
calculate the values, or as I prefer using the blaxxun browser SFVec3f
cam2world(SFVec3f in), Browser.cam2world(camPos) just make sure that
you are bound to a viewpoint in the object you want to get the location
of.
