Hello All !

Here is my problem.
My application displays the robustness of a material in 3D. To do that, an external application is generating for us 2 VRML files containing the material tensure.
To take a concrete exemple, let's say we are working with a cube.
One VRML file will describe all the constraints on the outside of two faces of the cube, and the other one will be used for the inside of those two same faces.
(You can find the two examples on http://users.skynet.be/fa242154/Inner.wrl and http://users.skynet.be/fa242154/Outer.wrl )

For now my application is using only one file and display it in 3D. As a consequence, we will see only the inside or the outside.
But I need to combine the files to see both.
My idea was to do something like that :

Separator
{
Separator{
#Inner VRML
}
Separator{
#Outer VRML
}
}

But the problem is that all the colors are mixed. We do not see the outside on the outside and the inside on the inside, but a mix of outside and inside on both face. (I hope I am clear).

I do not have any experience in VRML but I imagine that the solution is to specify that the material I am using is a solid one and that the colors bind to it will be bound ONLY on one side.

Can we do that ? How ?

Thanks !!
Jarod
