A very strange license 8-(
Is it free or non-free for non-commercial use ?
If i would include this program as a part in a free software/open source
program and someone would use the freesoftware/open source program
commercially, would this be legal or not ?

A number of the Windows-based application programming interfaces (APIs) that
are documented as accepting only a module handle are defined incorrectly.

I just used pure Java... When I'm done with parsing a vrml file it's
not a very big deal to export it to XML or any other file format.

| Ok, found where you say to click the file, but that just opens a windows
utility that asks me what program I want to open your jar file with, and I
think I do not have anything to open it.
Please repack your file as a zip file, it will let more persons use it.
Thanks.

Why strange? A very good laid-back license ;)
Ok - so far it's free only for non-commercial use,
but I plan to release version 0.4 as free for both
comm. and non-comm use.

I would be interested. Is there a website, where such .wrl files are
located ?

| Ann,
You can download a shareware version of Face Factory by ulead here: Its worth
getting, just take a front and side view of what you want at same height and
distance, and you can automatically make a 3d vrml object out of it. (It does
have options to indicate where hair and nose and ears are located on photos,
but you do not even need to do that if your front and side photos match up
good.)

| Have you tested this with ulead face factory heads?
This program lets you make heads from front and side view photos, and does a
very good job.
It makes .wrl files, but those .wrl files have not loaded into anything that
loads .wrl files for me so far.
Its a very good program developed by software dynamics.
To find it on the web, you will need to search on Face Factory, instead of
ulead, as its not on th eulead web site, or mentioned there.
I can send you some 3d .wrl files from it if you would like to test your
program on it.
Hope you have a vrml to .cob files, grin, I use truespace.

| Sigh, I downloaded your program and got a .jar file.
What in the world is that?
Do I have to use some kind of bottle opener decompressor on it, lol?
