Author Problem with a nested rotationsensor

I made an object consisting of a box that can be moved in the XZ plane
by using a (rotated) planesensor. On one corner of the box there is a
cylinder that can be used to rotate the box (by means of a
cylindersensor) around the Y axis. The cylindersensor is therefore
nested in the planesensor, so the complete object, containing the box
and cylinder, can be moved together. It works properly if I move the
object a bit, however when the object is moved farther from the
original place, the rotationsensor doesn't work properly anymore, that
is, the object rotates 'irregular' and sometimes in the wrong
direction. If I use the 'fly' button to move till the object is again
in the middle of the scene, the rotationsensor works properly again. I
really have no idea what could be the cause of this strange behaviour.
If someone can help me, I'm very thankful.
Greetings Karel
