| It seems Like VRML is stone cold dead.
The best VRML veiwer I could find was Old Cosmo 2.11.
I can't belive we have Doom3 in all it's near Photorealistic 3D Glory,
and no one has mad VRML work right yet.

Dumbest thing i've heard/read for a while, lol. It's only dead
for those who don't manage to market it and prefer claiming
that it's because of the format, like if it was because of html
that you can't sell websites, tsk tsk.
As for Cosmo, it was 'dead' even in 98-99. If you would
have asked Google or Yahoo, you would have find out
that there are other viewers, such as:
- BS Contact VRML (www.bitmanagement.de) aka my favorite
- Parallelgraphics Cortona (www.parallelgraphics.com)
As for photorealist scenes, you could look at Laurent
(such as http://www.visites-3d.com/loft-3d/ or
http://www.allomaison.fr/content/3d2.asp or even
http://www.allomaison.fr/web3dart2003/) or m17's garden
(i forgot the url, aww), or even simply the shaders demos
(such as the glass or volume ones) on bitmanagement's site.
Btw for the Loft, here are some screenshots:

| If it`s dead then why the hell are you hanging about here?
It`s alive and kicking while some geeks try to put it in another suit!
VRML Rocks and Cortona is King!
