| Hi,
I want to covert VRML 2.0 file to 3d max format. Ya, I went through faq
and online plugins but could not find anything useful. Can anyone please
help me. I owe due apologies if you think this is a dumb question.
Many Thanks
RameshK

Just use Import in max. File > Import > Set file format to VRML and
there you go (i don't know if it was available in max 3 and previous).
It can't import everything however, mostly just objcts, so "clean" the
vrml file before importing for removing interaction elements such as
sensors, scripts and such. Just leave the shapes/transform/group type
of things.
