Large VRML walkthrough models

| We are developing a system that needs a large walkthrough model (better
in VRML format) for testing purpose.
Currently the one we have is the Power Plant model from Univ of North
Caliona, which we consider is a bit small.
Could someone please give us a pointer to where we may obtain an even
larger model?
Thanks in advance. //damon

Nice. Shame most of the gemoetry in simple boxes.
I looked up the power plant model mentioned earlier. 12,748,510
triangles in 1185 .ply files total size 128 meg. This is a little
small ?!?
Assuming you are after an even higher polygon model you aren't going
to have much luck as far as VRML goes. What you really need is a
program to generate huge scenes/worlds.
For example it would take a bare landscape an insert 10 million trees
or the like. It is possible to make a program which would do the same
for buildings and thusly produce a city.
You could also look into what datasets are available from US special
effect houses like those that do movie effects. The model of titanic
was 100,000 polygons.
