If you using Maya you can export your scene into VRML, newer versions
of Maya has an builtin vrml exporter.

Otherwise use an converter (Polytrans, Deep Exploration).

At least for older versions of maya, you have to load the VRML export
plugin in a complicated way first.

Beware of "black holes" if you use the maya exporter: it is easy to
export objects with maya, which all objects are painted/textured black
or with senseless normal nodes.
