VRML - Font textures for Blaxxun Contact

Font textures for Blaxxun Contact

Hello,

I'd like tu use a texture to display textured text (instead of using a
3D mesh for each letter) with Blaxxun Contact.
The problem is that I can't succeed to find some font maps (like at
http://developer.blaxxun.com/sample...r_1.5-32x64.png).
I tried to make my own files (using a PHP script which builds PNG files
from .TTF files), but the result isn't perfect.

So, does someone know where I could get some right-free font textures ?

Hi
in some Game packs there is a tool generating bitmap fonts.
Here is one from Michael Foetsch

In Contact 6 Font texture can be generated on they fly from Windows Fonts
with proportional spacing :
