Somebody knows can be used eai/VRML with the C or C++ language

The only EAI language specification that exists is for Java. However,
Contact can be interacted with via COM, and Cortona as an ActiveX
control. In this way, you could use Visual C++, or more currently,
DotNet to interact with the plugins. Check out their web sites.
