Looking for a free vrml editor for windows, but i can't find one, doest
someone knows where to find it?

A free (but not complete) graphical vrml editor is white_dune

For M$Windows you need

If your work focus on NURBS modelling

On instalation procedure says needs devil.dll? In advance?

This part of DevIL-EndUser-1.6.5.zip

$ unzip -t DevIL-EndUser-1.6.5.zip
Archive: DevIL-EndUser-1.6.5.zip
testing: devil.dll OK
testing: ilu.dll OK
testing: ilut.dll OK
testing: README.win OK
No errors detected in compressed data of DevIL-EndUser-1.6.5.zip.

Just extract the DevIL-EndUser-1.6.5.zip file to the directory you will
start the .exe file.

You can also try instead

it do not need a uncommon dll, but can not display image textures....

Ballabwehrfuehrung benutzen.
(aus einem Softwarehandbuch, Sinn "Ballabwehrfuehrung" unklar (Trackball ?))

I taught dune-0.26p15-devil.exe is a self extracting archive.
