Use a modeler that can do boolean operations such as VizX3D (http://www.vizx3d.com).

Thank you but i have to write a program in C++, i can't use any software.

You should take a look at "The GNU Triangulated Surface Library"
(gts.sourceforge.net) it also supports boolean operations.

Let me know, if you build a Open Source VRML97 to GTS converter,
i would also have use for it 8-)
