Typical programmer's arrogance I would say, each one thinking his/her own
solution is the best without listening to reason or cooperating.

The web would be a better place if all these major browsers simply agreed on
a rendering engine that rendered the CSS in the same way. Then there would
be no ugly hacks and God knows how many millions of man hours would be saved
by not having to develop CSS hacks

Right? well, I guess it might be possible in the year 3000.

You are talking about a time when I assume control of the whole
world and everything will be done right, .... or else.
