Hi

I have a menu which is done using background graphic rollovers. Its is
in a table at the moment.

The problem i have is that the text does not align centre whatever i
do.

I can fix it with padding but this does not work in Firefox.

Can anyone suggest any way to align these on the middle.

Thanks

Lindsey

No, one should list the URL instead of posting code.

Code should not be posted in this group, if needed it should be uploaded
and the url posted.

Ok

Here is a link to the specific links bit.

http://www.3phones.com/test/About/links.htm

I know it is using tables, which is not ideal.
On the actual website the links are not set in the table exactly like
that. There is a large table with some cells above the links, but i did
not think this was important for now.

I have tried some middle aligning that worked, but not in firefox as it
pushed the background image out of place.

Hope someone can help, or tell me how to do it differently.

Thanks

There was no need for you to post a link, consult the resource I
provided earlier and learn how to fish.

I have gone through it.

But not sure exactly what i am looking for.
My problem seems to be the background image. as this moves when i do
margin height etc.

Can i seperate the 2 on the link (image and text) so they have
different margin heights?

Was this really necessary?
The button says reply, so that is what I pressed.
People on here on ask for some advice and they get unhelpful comments
like this one.

Apparently it was.

And that's why some helpful people like Arne point innocent Google
Groups users into the right direction.

It's one of the most helpful comments really, because once they start
quoting and writing replies properly, they are bound to get more
helpful replies everywhere on Usenet.

I haven't gone as far as ignoring all messages from Google Groups, but
I do skip without reading any messages that aren't clear in what they
are replying to. Just a waste of time to try and figure out what
they're on about.
