MyEclipse <http://myeclipseide.com/> includes a great CSS editor.
However, CSS as-is is off-topic in cljs and so are CSS IDEs.

| I have been using the PHP plugin for eclipse and it has syntax
highlighting and auto-completion for CSS:

I have yet to check out the js eclipse plugin mentioned on the
aforementioned site...ever tried that out?

I use also PHPEclipse 1.1.8.CVS-20051108 on Eclipse 3.2M2, and the
"PHP Editor" does not appear to support any syntax highlighting or
auto-completion for CSS. Not embedded in HTML and not in stylesheet
files.
Could you elaborate on the plugin and Eclipse platform version you
are using, and a code example where those features work for you?

No, since it requires Java 5 RE which is not compatible with my system
configuration (I use the latest Java 2 Debian package from Blackdown).
I prefer MyEclipse's JavaScript Editor, <URL:http://jseditor.sf.net/>
and Harish Kataria's JS Editor plugin.

Never mind. It appears that both of us overlooked that the CSS editor
is no longer part of PHPEclipse since version 1.1.7 (see the respective
notes at the above Web site). They say you can use the WTP's plugins
instead. <URL:http://eclipse.org/webtools/wst/main.html>
