Author CSS Formatting issue

Actually it looks like a simple problem but I am most probably too stupid:

<div>
xxxxxxxxxx
x x
x IMG x
x x
x x
x x <h2>Headline</h2>
xxxxxxxxxx <h3>Subheadline</h3
<p>blablablablablabla</p>
</div>

How can I achieve such layout, pleeeeease?

Method one won't work in IE due to lack of CSS support, consider however
changing to method 2 since the content linearity of your original layout
is not good.
